You started breastfeeding.

Whether intentionally or you thought you'd just give it a try. And then it got complicated. You are realizing there's a lot to know and your newborn is depending on you to eat and grow. Fortunately, breastfeeding becomes simple with support and information from a highly skilled International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, an IBCLC.

However you started, and whatever your goal, I help you:

  • Overcome the 'Overwhelm' - receive step-by-step, accurate information focused on what you and your baby need right now.

  • Work through Difficulties - There's a way to continue with breastfeeding through almost every challenge.

  • Enjoy Breastfeeding - Breastfeeding is as vital to you as it is to your baby and it should be pleasurable.

  • Discover your style - Every mother & baby has their own ways of learning and bonding through breastfeeding.

If you’re new to breastfeeding help, or pregnant, you may be wondering, "Is this for me?"

If you would like to ask a question or make an appointment, call or text me: 845-750-4402.
